Please Note: On mail in orders we accept personal checks but only from California area banks and they must be imprinted with your information and check address information and shipping address must be the same. Please allow an extra week for checks to clear.

Hot! Hot! This is one of the hottest sauces we every carried. We only use just a smidgen in our cooking. One teaspoon too much and we can ruin the pot. This is prepared with Scotch Bonnet peppers for Guana and this pepper rates very high on the Scoville Heat Ratings chart in the range of 200 to 350 thousand Scoville Units. Believe me . . . that is Hot! Anyhow we able to get the great guys that sell us the bulk peppers to make us this "special just for retail units". Boy, didn't they use a pretty bottle?
