Our concession trailer size and towing vehicle maneuverability limits us to certain placement restrictions for setup.

When possible we prefer to be able to get in as early as possible so to position our concession trailer.

Our 'serving windows' gives us 'two' choices for setup.

For your special event & festival* needs, one of the partners, Jerome Stevens can arrange for Zydeco music entertainer booking. Mr. Stevens is the owner of 'High Rollers Entertainment' a music production company that specializes in Old School and Latino Rap music CD. Booking arrangements can be made through him.

Serving from the rear - the opposite side of the trailer tongue. In this position we need to 'pull-through" our spot and unhitch.

( 10' wide x 20' deep ) Preferred position for our setup.

Serving from the left passenger side of the towing unit. If tents are setup on both sides we will not be able to maneuver the concession trailer into proper position.

( 20' wide x 10' deep )

If this is unclear or more information is needed please contact us as soon as possible before assigning us a space.

Note: We also need allowance room for a convection oven, burners, deep fat fryers.
