It takes a lot of hard work and dedicated employees to get our operation up and running. These are the faces that make it happen. We've been togather as a team for about 10 years now. Our first 9 years we worked out of a 10 x 20' tent as our main booth. As our experience grew we finally progressed into our new 'mobile' concession booth. Boy is it great! It's the same fine quality food that we've always served but now we can do it in the convenience and comfort of and pleasant working area.
Our whole crew has one primary rule, . . . make sure all our guests leave away - stomach's full and happy. We're all hard workers and spent hours getting all of our homemade dishes ready from scratch. Southern Delite Caterers' greatest reward is when our guests come back and visit with us at another festival to tell us how much they enjoyed the dish we prepared for them the year before. That's some loyality!
